who are they for?

Our Kids classes are open to boys and girls of any fitness level between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. Classes are about Boxing, fitness, and fun.

What is a kids class?

A typical kid’s class is a mix of Cardiovascular training, boxing skills, strength and conditioning, agility, balance, & co-ordination. Here at RingFit we put a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and team work. 

WHAT Do our classes consist of?

Kids classes consist of the following:

  • Pad work 

  • Bag work 

  • Partner work 

  • Boxing combinations 

  • Running 

  • Body weight exercises 

  • Light aerobic style weight training intervals 

  • Sprint intervals 

  • Core work 

  • Foot work
