Dan Rogers

Bio:

Head coach Daniel is a highly motivated trainer with a very unique skill set. With competition boxing experience dating back as far as 2006 he has competed in state, national, and international boxing tournaments accumulating more than 40 fights, and training with some of Australia’s most accomplished coaches. He has competed as an amateur and professional, and fought in Boxing and Muay-Thai.

A people person with a big personality, Daniel graduated Australian institute of fitness in 2010. He has also been accredited as a boxing coach with boxing Australia and has managed a successful CBD boxing gym and stable of fighters before setting up a gym of his own. Dan is an A.I.B.A accredited, and C.S.C registered coach, and he trains amateur and professional athletes all of whom achieve good results.

Dan brings you world class training for athletes formulated into a program achievable by all fitness levels.

James blair

Bio:

As Ringfit's second coach on the fight team James is an enthusiastic and upbeat coach, he is a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer with a level one accreditation with boxing WA which enables him to work as a chief second in the corner during competitive boxing bouts.

James is an amateur boxer with a natural flare for movement. One of his main attributes is his drive to constantly develop as a boxer and a coach. With a developing boxing skill set he will be able to get you to your goals, be that improved fitness, additional strength, increased conditioning or improving your boxing skills.

After 12 years as a chef in some of the best restaurants in Australia, James has a vast knowledge of food and nutrition which is fundamental to fitness. James knows how to get you moving, motivated, yet his friendly nature ensures you have fun doing it.

Matia Williams

Skills:

Bio:

Matia is a Muay thai, and a fitness coach here at Ringfit.

She comes with years experience in Muay Thai Boxing and has forged her skills through years of competition experience.

She teaches Muay Thai for all levels from experienced fighters to absolute beginners. Matia makes all people feel welcome and walk away from a class feeling like they have learned some skills as well as improved their fitness. Matia also does one on one or small group personal training sessions for those who like to get that liitle bit of extra fitness or technique.


Courtney Ciantar

Courtney is One of Ringfit's Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.
 
Owner of Ripped Nation Personal Training, she has a vast Knowledge of strength and conditioning, and is a master at carving out the body you dream of through hard work in the gym.

Courtney also studies nutrition, and works during the day in a supplement shop, so she covers all aspects of what is required to get fit and maintain it.
