who are they for?

Our juniors classes are open to boys and girls of any fitness and skill level between the ages of 10 -14years. Classes are about developing boxing fundamentals, self defence, fitness, and fun. Classes start to build on the ABC’s and fundamentals via controlled partner work drills to develop basic self defence and confidence.

What is a juniors class?

A typical juniors class is a mix of fundamental technical training, partner work, pad work, strength and conditioning, agility, balance and co-ordination. Here at Ringfit we put a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and team work. 

Hand wraps, mouth guard, and a towel are required for this class. Please arrive 10 mins early to check in.

 

WHAT Do our classes consist of?

Teens classes consist of the following:

  • Pad work 

  • Bag work 

  • Partner work 

  • Boxing combinations 

  • Running 

  • Body weight exercises 

  • Light aerobic style weight training intervals 

  • Sprint intervals 

  • Core work 

  • Foot work
