who are they for?
Our kids classes are open to boys and girls of any fitness level between the ages of 7 -13 years. Classes are about boxing, fitness, and fun.
What is a kids class?
A typical kids class is a mix of cardiovascular training, boxing skills, strength and conditioning, agility, balance and co-ordination. Here at Ringfit we put a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and team work.
